1. Who we are
The Game is published by Noodle Powered, the data controller responsible for your information under this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at noodlepoweredgames@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
You do not need to create an account or give us your name to play. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you use the Game and the features you enable, the following information may be collected:
(a) Information stored on your device
Your game progress, scores, settings, preferences and purchased in-game items are saved locally on your device so the Game works between sessions. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our own servers.
(b) Information collected automatically
- Device and technical information such as device model, operating system and version, language, region, and general performance/crash information used to keep the Game running properly.
- Identifiers such as a mobile advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA on iOS) and similar device identifiers, where applicable to advertising or analytics.
- Usage information such as levels reached, sessions, features used and in-app events, used in aggregate to understand and improve gameplay.
(c) Information you choose to provide
- Support communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.
- Google Play Games Services (optional). If the Game offers leaderboards or achievements and you sign in, Google Play Games Services provides a player identifier and your Play Games profile to record and display scores.
(d) Purchase information
When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play or Apple. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the product purchased, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number or billing details.
3. Data summary
The table below summarises the categories of data that may be handled in connection with the Game and why. This mirrors the disclosures in the Google Play Data Safety section and the Apple App Privacy ("nutrition label").

We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Game and save your progress.
- To deliver and restore in-app purchases.
- To display leaderboards and achievements where you have enabled them.
- To show advertising, including (where permitted) personalised advertising.
- To understand how the Game is used and to improve features, balance and performance.
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
- To respond to your support requests and to comply with legal obligations.
5. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract - to provide the Game and process purchases you request.
- Legitimate interests - to secure, maintain and improve the Game and to show non-personalised advertising, balanced against your rights.
- Consent - for personalised advertising and any optional tracking, where required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation - where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law.
6. Advertising and analytics
The Game displays advertising provided by third-party advertising partners, specifically Google AdMob. To deliver, cap, measure and (where permitted) personalise ads, these partners access a device advertising identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID / AD_ID on Android and IDFA on iOS) and limited device information.
To comply with global privacy regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA, the Game integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When you launch the Game for the first time, you will be presented with a consent form where you can choose whether to allow personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or manage your individual privacy preferences. You can change your consent choices at any time in your device settings.
Your ad choices
- Apple (App Tracking Transparency). On iOS, we will ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites or accessing the IDFA for that purpose. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalised ads in Settings > Google > Ads.
- You can learn more and manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
7. In-app purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items. All payments are processed by the platform (Google Play or Apple) under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy.
8. Third-party services and SDKs
The Game relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Play services / billing - policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple (App Store, in-app purchases) - apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google Play Games Services (if leaderboards/achievements are used) - policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob (advertising, if shown) - policies.google.com/technologies/ads
10. Data retention
Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by our service providers (for example, advertising or analytics data) is retained according to their policies and only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
11. Data security
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the Game is made available to children, we limit advertising and data collection in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy, Apple's Kids Category requirements and COPPA. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. International data transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognised mechanism.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing);
- request portability of your data; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at noodlepoweredgames@gmail.com. You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the Game.
15. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain advertising activity using identifiers may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA; you can opt out using the device-level ad controls described in Section 6, or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
16. Apple & Google platform disclosures
This policy serves as our disclosure for both stores. The information in Section 3 corresponds to the data types declared in the Google Play Data Safety form and the Apple App Privacy details on each store listing. Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of Apple and Google as the platform providers.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
